What we look after

Everything outside the building.

Most clients start with a monthly maintenance schedule and add project work as the grounds develop.

Grounds maintenance

Mowing, edging, bed weeding and litter clearing on a fixed schedule. The visits that keep a compound looking attended to rather than rescued.

Hedges, shrubs and trees

Shaping, thinning and pruning. Safe removal of dead limbs over car parks and walkways.

Lawn installation

Ground preparation, levelling, turf laying and the establishment period that decides whether it takes.

Planting and flower beds

Seasonal colour at entrances and reception frontages, plus the ongoing feeding and replacement that keeps them looking new.

Irrigation

Installation, repair and dry-season scheduling. Watering that doesn't depend on someone remembering.

Landscape design

New layouts for compounds, courtyards and frontages — drawn, quoted and built by the same crew that will maintain it.

Interior plants

Placement and upkeep in lobbies, boardrooms and reception areas.

Our work

The same view, before and after.

Drag the handle. Every job we photograph from the same spot on the first visit and again once the schedule has been running a month.

Name the property, the scope and the schedule.

A facilities officer is looking for evidence you handle grounds their size. Say which estate, how many square metres, how many visits a month, and how long you have held it. That reads as a track record where a gallery of anonymous lawns does not.

Replace this block with a real job once the first commercial contract is running.

Who we work with

Grounds that people are paid to be responsible for.

Gated estates and residencesCommon areas, entrance frontages and verges, on a schedule the residents' association can hold us to.

Hotels and guesthousesThe first thing a guest sees and the last thing they photograph. Early visits, so the crew is gone before check-out.

Schools and churchesLarge open grounds, term-time scheduling, and clearing that keeps sightlines and drainage open.

Offices, banks and clinicsCar parks, forecourts and interior planting, invoiced monthly against a written scope.

Factories and warehousesPerimeter clearing and verge control, scheduled around shift changes and delivery windows.

How it works

Four steps, and the first one is free.

  1. Site visit

We walk the grounds with you, measure the areas, and note what needs bringing back before a schedule can hold.

  2. Written scope and quote

Within 48 hours: what we will do, how often, who supervises, and the monthly figure. One page, no surprises.

  3. The schedule starts

Fixed visit days, a uniformed crew, and a named supervisor you can call. Any make-good work happens in the first month.

  4. Monthly report

What was done, what we noticed, and what needs attention next — sent with the invoice, so you can forward it to whoever approves the spend.

Where we work

Greater Accra, Tema, and out to the Eastern Region.

If your property sits outside these areas, ask anyway — for a large enough grounds contract we will travel.

Book a site visit.

Tell us the property, roughly how large the grounds are, and when suits. We will walk it with you and send a written scope within two working days. The visit costs nothing and does not commit you.
